The frame plate (2) is attached to dispenser housing (5) that comprises a housing (4) of to-be-dispensed materials, a receiving vessel (3) and a separate wall plate (6). The wall plate is detachably attached to rear side of housing (4). The wall plate is mounted on the wall, and the defined area at back side of the dispenser housing is covered. The frame plate main portion is detachably attached to dispenser housing, and is partially protruded beyond the base surface of dispenser housing. An independent claim is included for a dispenser.
