An electric machine (20) including a stator (38), a rotor (46) surrounded by and rotatable relative to the stator (38), a supply terminal assembly (70), and an electronic module (102) electrically connected to the stator (38). The electronic module (102) includes a terminal (162) having at least one bonding region (172). An electrical buss (126) is attached to the supply terminal assembly (70), and includes a first and second conductor portions (146, 148) each having a connection region (160) joined to a bonding region (172) of the terminal (162) of the electronic module (102). The terminal (162) of the electronic module (102) is electrically connected to the supply terminal assembly (70) by the first and second conductor portions (146, 148). Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing such an electric machine (20). |
