The element (1) has a bearing bush (11) for receiving a cylindrical shaped force transmission element where an outer surface of the force transmission element includes a contour. The contour is designed as a cycloid corrugation rotating on a part of the height of the load introduction element around its longitudinal axis. The contour includes an axial sequence of two or more opposing notches, where the sequence of the notches are offset to the preceding notches around an angle of about 360 degrees divided by the number of notches. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a load introduction element.
