The invention relates to powder metallurgy and concerns a method for preparing nanodisperse powders. Iron oxalates are obtained at the first stage. Then a process of decomposition of iron oxalates is carried out in an autonomous hydrocarbon medium, which is created in a closed furnace space due to thermal degradation of high molecular weight hydrocarbons (wax, stearin, etc.) under the temperatures of 450- and exposure of 2-2.5 hours. Advantageously, the ratio between high molecular hydrocarbons and iron oxalate is 0.002-0.003 g/cmand 0.015-0.02 g/cmof furnace space respectively. Deagglomeration of the powder can be carried out in an organic solvent by ultrasound with intensity not less than 60 W/cmfor 10-15 min. Effect: obtaining ferromagnetic powder in nanodispersed state, which is non-toxic, pyrophoric, with high corrosion resistance. |
