PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique different from conventional techniques for suppressing an increase in a wiring region while suppressing variations in wiring resistance values to respective unit circuits.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device including: a plurality of unit circuits arranged in a first direction; a first bonding pad; and a plurality of first conductive patterns connecting the unit circuits to the first bonding pad, respectively is provided. Each of the first conductive patterns includes: a first part connected to the first bonding pad and extending in the first direction; and a second part connected to each unit circuit. The first conductive patterns include: first conductive patterns of a first type with the first part being located on a first side of the second part in the first direction; and first conductive patterns of a second type with the first pattern being located on a second side of the second part opposite to the first side in the first direction.
