A material measuring and mixing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a transferring unit for transferring a fixed quantity of the material discharged from a hopper and a bucket type weight measuring unit which is open at the bottom and measures the weight of the material transferred by the transferring unit. The material measuring and mixing device includes the transferring unit with a transferring screw for transferring a fixed quantity of the material; the bucket type weight measuring unit which is open at the bottom and measures the weight of the material transferred by the transferring unit; a mixing unit for mixing the material while transferring the material; a humidity measuring instrument; a level sensor; a discharge amount sensor; a monitoring unit for monitoring the humidity measuring instrument, the level sensor, and the discharge amount sensor; and a driving control unit for controlling all the components. Therefore, the material measuring and mixing device can reduce errors in weight measurement and mix a material in a fixed quantity because the device is capable of precisely measuring the weight of a pulverulent material and mixing a material during a transferring process even if the difference between the specific gravity and quantity of the material is significant while monitoring the weight-measuring and mixing process. |
