PURPOSE: A wrist exerciser is provided to strengthen muscles by one product regardless of kinds of injuries. CONSTITUTION: A wrist exerciser comprises: a main body in which each of bodies are coupled to the main body to form one frame; and a center part and grip part strengthening muscles. The main body concentrates weight to support exercise. The main body controls weight by using screw thread, and comprises a fixing part for fixing wrist and a handling part supporting a grip.
