The present invention relates to a method and a system for processing messages, and a recording medium. The system for processing messages according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit which maps a communication terminal number of a delivery requester (or delivery receiver) and delivery product identification information and stores the mapped communication terminal number and delivery product identification information in a database; a generating unit which generates or extracts a disposable message for delivery authentication; and a processing unit which checks the communication terminal number of the delivery requester (or delivery receiver) and the delivery product identification information which are stored in the database and then processes to transmit the disposable message generated or extracted by the generating unit to a communication terminal of the delivery requester (or delivery receiver), and processes to print or output the disposable message by a device which prints or outputs an invoice (or statement including a delivery address) corresponding to the delivery product identification information.
