The present invention relates to a method for refining steel. The method includes a process of sending molten steel processed in a converter to a ladle; a process of injecting a first deoxidizer into the molten steel to perform first deoxidization when oxygen in the molten steel is 600 ppm or more; a process of conveying the molten steel to a vacuum degassing plant; and a process of injecting a second deoxidizer into the molten steel to perform second deoxidization so that a quantity of the deoxidizer to be injected into the molten steel in the vacuum degassing plant can be reduced. Further, the production of non-metallic inclusion due to the injection of the deoxidizer can be suppressed, thus preventing the nozzle blocking in a continuous casting plant when the non-metallic inclusion is contained in the molten steel and suppressing the defects generated during the rolling process. Accordingly, a quality of cast steel made finally can be increased to enhance the efficiency and productivity in a steelmaking process. |
