The present invention relates to a device, a method and a system to process data. More specifically, the device to process data comprises: a receiving unit to receive data information collected from a capsule endoscope to photograph the inside of an animal′s body as well as a human; a control unit to determine a change in the data through the data generated using the received data information and controlling the data to be selectively stored; and a storing unit to store the selected data depending on the determination by the control unit.
