The present invention relates to a tunneling catheter system for ablating vascular chronic total occlusion, and comprises: a hollow shaped catheter (110) having a hole penetrably formed in a longitudinal direction on a fore-end portion; a tool for ablating lesions (120) provided with a cutting tip (11) which possibly protrudes in a forward direction through the hole and thus moving back and forth in the catheter (110); and a driving means (150) for generating reciprocating motion of the tool for ablating lesions (120) through fluids (141). Compared with a conventional vascular chronic total occlusion ablation using a guide wire, a high skill level of an operator is not required but there is an effect of efficiently ablating stenotic materials in blood vessels. |
