PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system capable of surely supplying hot water even when normal cooperation with a combustion hot water supply device cannot be performed.SOLUTION: A heating machine 2 for a tank is provided for boiling hot water in a hot water storage tank 4. A combustion hot water supply device 3 is provided for heating hot water flowing in a hot water supply tube 5 which leads out the hot water in the hot water storage tank 4. A by-pass tube 19 including a by-pass valve 22 is provided in the hot water supply tube 5. Cooperation propriety determination means for determining whether normal cooperation with the combustion hot water supply device 3 is possible or not is provided in tank control means 26 which controls the by-pass valve 22. The tank control means 26 opens the by-pass valve 22 when the normal cooperation with the combustion hot water supply device 3 is determined to be impossible by the cooperation propriety determination means, and allows the heating machine 2 for a tank to execute boiling of the hot water in the hot water storage tank 4 so that the hot water amount in the hot water storage tank 4 becomes equal to or more than a predetermined amount. |
