<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce, at low costs, a honeycomb structure laminate which has a simple structure and is light as a whole due to hollow parts formed within it.SOLUTION: In a honeycomb structure laminate, honeycomb structure sheets 10 are laminated and adhered together, and a plurality of honeycomb convex parts 1 are protruded from both surfaces. In the honeycomb sheet 10, honeycomb convex parts 1 are arranged between two or more rows of laminated band parts 4 having a zigzag cross section. The two or more rows of laminated band parts 4 have a zigzag cross section in the longitudinal direction and are laminated with zigzag concavoconvex parts 4A in an engaged state, and the opposite surfaces 10X are adhered mutually to bind the honeycomb structure sheets 10 together. The honeycomb convex part 1 has a two-inclined-surface 2 consisting of two inclined surfaces 2X connected in a reverse-V-shaped form and two triangular surfaces 3 arranged on both side edges of the two-inclined-surface 2, resulting in a hexagonal horizontal cross section. In the honeycomb structure laminate, the honeycomb structure sheets 10 are laminated and adhered together with the two or more rows of laminated band parts 4 in an engaged state, and hollow parts 9 are formed inside the two or more honeycomb convex parts 1 protruded from both sides.</p> |
