PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for manufacturing an elastomer film having few defects such as weak spots or pinholes, capable of maintaining high sensitivity by wearers, to provide a synthetic glove made from the elastomer film and a manufacturing method of the glove.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition containing a synthetic polymer, sulfur and a metallic oxide crosslinking agent and having the total solid concentration in the composition of 5 to 20 wt.% of the composition and the content of sulfur of 0.01 to 0.50 phr. Further there is provided a multiple coating method of an elastomer film such as a synthetic glove including (i) a process of providing the composition, (ii) a process of contacting the composition with a mold to form a layer of the composition on the mold, (iii) a process of further contacting the layer of the composition on the mold with the compound to form additional layers, (iv) a process of drying the composition and (v) a process of curing the composition, and having average thicknesses of each layer of 10 to 90% of the average thickness of a final elastomer film. |
