An incremental launching apparatus for incrementally launching the upper slab of a composite bridge, which uses an embedded concrete form, according to the present invention comprises: an embedded concrete form that is disposed on an incrementally launched slab platform and which forms a tunnel on the lower part of the upper slab of the bridge; a pocket form connected to the upper part of the embedded concrete form for forming the pocket form on the upper slab of the bridge; a formwork platform flange which is arranged on the embedded concrete form and on the pocket form in the launching direction for guiding the incremental launching of the upper slab; a launching jack which is arranged on the upper part of the formwork platform flange and which incrementally launches the upper slab, which is provided with a shear pocket opening, on an upper flange; and a shear stud which is welded onto the upper slab provided with the shear pocket opening before the launch of the upper slab and which functions as a shear connection material, wherein the embedded concrete form is launched and installed while being embedded in the upper slab, and the upper slab has a shear pocket part formed with the shear pocket opening and a basis not formed with the shear pocket opening.
