摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that has excellent low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage stability, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a toner for electrostatic charge image development including a step of fusing and kneading a mixture containing a binder resin and wax. The binder resin contains an amorphous polyester (A) obtained through condensation polymerization of: an alcohol component including an aliphatic diol (a) having a hydroxy group bonded to secondary carbon atoms and 3 or 4 carbon atoms, and an aliphatic diol (b) comprising any one or more of α,ω-straight-chain alkane diols having 2, 4, 6, or 8 carbon atoms; and a carboxylic acid component. The molar ratio of the aliphatic diol (a) to the aliphatic diol (b) (aliphatic diol (a)/aliphatic diol (b)) is 95/5 to 55/45; the melting point of the wax is 60 to 120°C; and the content of the wax is 0.2 to 13 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the binder resin. There is also provided a toner for electrostatic charge image development obtained in the manufacturing method.
