<p>An automatic reversing steel wire rope arranging device is disclosed. The device includes a shell (12), a rotating shaft (6), a rope drum (5), a steel wire rope (1), a reversing arranging frame (4), a reversing mechanism and a rope pressing mechanism. The rope drum (5) is arranged on the rotating shaft (6). The reversing arranging frame (4) is fixed on the shell (12). At least one reversing mechanism is provided on the reversing arranging frame (4). The reversing mechanism includes a reversing wheel shaft (3) and a reversing wheel (2). The reversing wheel shaft (3) is horizontally movable fixed on the reversing arranging frame (4). The reversing wheel (2) is below the rope drum (5) and rotatable arranged on the reversing wheel shaft (3). When reversing the steel wire rope (1) is rolling contacted with the reversing wheel (2) and deflected toward the center of the rope drum (5) an angleβ. The angleβis controlled between 5 degrees and 8 degrees. The device has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, convenience in mounting, dismounting and use, safety and reliability in reversing, compact and orderly arrangement, long service life and the like.</p> |
