The present invention relates to a benzoflavonol derivative, a method for manufacturing the same, and an use thereof as an anti-cancer agent and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer which has an effect of inducing apoptosis in human colon cancer cells of a benzoflavonol derivative. The object of the present invention is to provide a novel anti-cancer agent, a method for manufacturing the novel anti-cancer agent, and a composition for preventing and treating colon cancer.
