Disclosed is a blade installation crane for an aerogenerator. The blade installation crane for the aerogenerator includes a crane body unit which vertically moves along an external wall of a tower of the aerogenerator and is fixed to the external wall of the tower at a predetermined height; a crane lifting unit which vertically moves the crane body unit through a winding motion or an unwinding motion of a vertical fixing support line connected to the crane body unit; a blade support unit which is installed on the outer circumference of the crane body unit and holding a blade; and a tilt angle control unit which is installed at a position corresponding to the blade support unit in the lower part of the crane body unit and pushes the blade by being extended in the longitudinal direction.
