METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING ANALYSIS INFORMATION FOR PATENT HAVING TECHNOLOGICAL CONVERGENCE

The present invention relates to a method and a system for providing analysis information for a patent having technological convergence by using patent classification information. The present invention provides a method for providing analysis information for a patent having technological convergence by using patent classification information, which is an information processing method of a patent information system that provides patent information to a user computer connected by a wired and wireless network, the information processing method comprising the steps of: (a) enabling the patent information system to extract at least one from among at least one first-type patent classification included in a patent family set, at least one selected second-type patent classification, and at least one selected third-type patent classification with respect to the patent family set which includes at least one patent document corresponding to a search condition obtained from the user computer; (B) enabling the patent information system to provide, to the user computer, at least one from among the first-type patent classification, the second-type patent classification, and the third-type patent classification, and obtain selection information on at least one from among the patent classifications provided from the user computer; (C) enabling the patent information system to generate at least one piece of analysis information for a patent having technological convergence selected from the user computer or is preset by using the patent classification for the obtained selection information in step (B); and (D) enabling the patent information system to provide the generated analysis information for a patent having technological convergence, to the user computer, wherein the first-type patent classification is a patent classification in which a category to which the patent classification belongs is related to at least one from the purpose and the effect, the second-type patent classification is a patent classification in which a category to which the patent classification belongs is related to the use, the third-type patent classification is a patent classification which does not belong to the first-type patent classification and the second-type patent classification in a patent classification system to which the patent classification belongs, and selectively, the third-type patent classification can have at least two sub categories.
