<p>Hole piercing by grooving or puncturing, in autogenic flame cutting of at least one article, comprises: heating a material of the article to ignition temperature; and combusting the heated material by supplying oxygen, preferably cutting oxygen, which has a first gas stream (10). The slag resulting from combustion is injected off, or passed away from at least one area in which hole is punched, and is blown away during piercing by supplying at least one additional gas stream (20) in at least one direction. An independent claim is also included for a device (100) for hole piercing, Hole piercing by grooving or puncturing, in autogenic flame cutting of at least one article, comprising at least one cutting tool (30) for thermal ablation of material of the article by and at least one feeding device (40) for supplying at least one of additional gas stream, for blowing away the slag during piercing.</p> |
