A sub-element (27) of a weight adjusting device (25) is linked with the basic element. Another sub-element (29) of the weight adjusting device cooperates with the support of the base element and receives an annular damping element (31). An actuator (41) displaces the latter sub-element relative to the former sub-element towards the central axis of the support. The sub-elements are designed as cylindrical sleeves.
