Disclosed are a maintenance measuring system of a breakwater structure, a breakwater structure automatic management apparatus and an automatic management method thereof. The maintenance measuring system of a breakwater structure of the present invention includes: a plurality of measuring units which are installed in a plurality of sorts in the breakwater structure, and measure at least one of subsidence, slope, wave pressure and wave height for each spot of the breakwater structure; a communication unit performing wired or wireless local area network communication with each measuring unit; a storing unit storing measurement values received through the communication unit together with receiving time information; a breakwater management unit judging damage state and calculating inspection period of the breakwater structure on the basis of the measurement values received through the communication unit and the measurement value for a fixed period stored in the storing unit; and a manager terminal which is connected to the breakwater management unit through network, and receives and outputs the damage state and the inspection period of the breakwater structure from the breakwater management unit.
