Radioactive spent resin transferring and processing systems and radioactive spent resin transferring and processing methods using the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the radioactive spent resin transferring and processing systems and the radioactive spent resin transferring and processing methods using the same comprise; a pressurizing unit which is connected to an ion exchanging device in which a radioactive spent resin is stored through a pressurizing line and supplies water or compressed air or water and compressed air to the ion exchanging device; a dehydration hopper which is connected to the ion exchanging device through a collecting line; a collecting sensing unit which generates a signal if the amount of the water or the compressed air or the water and the compressed air which is supplied to the ion exchanging device is arrived to the predetermined amount; a collecting valve which is installed on the collecting line and is opened when receiving the signal of the collecting sensing unit and carries a mixture of the radioactive spent resin and the water to the dehydration hopper; a compatible hopper which is connected to the dehydration hopper through a separated transfer line; and a transfer pump which is connected to the dehydration hopper and a buffer tank through a transfer feed line and supplies the water to the dehydration hopper and induces the mixture to be transferred to the compatible hopper through the separated transfer line.
