PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in detecting a line of sight.SOLUTION: A device includes: a display section; a voice output section for outputting voice; an imaging section for imaging an examinee; a line-of-sight detection section for detecting a direction of examinee's line of sight from the image captured by the imaging section; an eye-point detection section for detecting an eye-point of the examinee in a display zone of the display section on the basis of the direction of line of sight; an output control section for causing the display section to display a diagnosis image including first and second objects, where the first object is produced by imitating a feature of a person moving with the voice and the second object is produced by rotating the first object moving with the voice; and an evaluation section for evaluating a degree of developmental disability of the examinee on the basis of the eye-point detected by the eye-point detection section when the diagnosis image is displayed.
