A device for measuring the impedance of a laminated battery outputs an alternating current to an impedance measurement object including at least a laminated battery, and calculates the impedance of the laminated battery on the basis of a positive electrode-side alternating-current potential difference between a positive electrode-side potential and an intermediate potential of the impedance measurement object and/or a negative electrode-side alternating-current potential difference between a negative electrode-side potential and the intermediate potential of the impedance measurement object, and the alternating current applied to the impedance measurement object. This device is provided with a filter for removing, from an alternating-current signal indicating the alternating-current potential difference on the opposite electrode side to the alternating-current potential difference used for calculating the impedance, a signal of the frequency of the alternating-current signal, and an addition means for adding the signal which has passed through the filter to an alternating-current signal indicating the alternating-current potential difference used for calculating the impedance. |
