摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition containing amino acids having a superior muscle protein assimilation promoting action and capable of preventing/improving reduction of skeletal muscle mass in aged persons.SOLUTION: The composition is characterized by containing L-leucine at a molar composition ratio of 35% or more to a total essential amino acid content, which can prevent or improve reduction of skeletal muscle mass in aged persons.
