<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for molding cooked rice, having simple constitution and high working efficiency, quantitatively filling the cooked rice and surly inserting ingredients at the center of the cooked rice. <P>SOLUTION: The cooked rice is compression-molded by uniformly laying cooked rice R in a concave 21 on a molding unit 2, folding the laid cooked rice almost at the center to press together with the ingredients G, downwardly sliding the folded molding unit 2 and pressing a mold unit 5 to the cooked rice R in the concave 21 from the bottom side through a through hole 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
