PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device attached bracket capable of simultaneously achieving an air bag device holding function and a shock absorbing function from an occupant side while securing a space for wire connection work to an inflator.SOLUTION: A shape surface part 45 is formed to be positioned on the occupant side of an inflator 28. A side face part 46 is formed to extend from both sides of the shape surface part 45 and be attached to the bottom plate part 31a of a holder 24 on both sides of the inflator 28. The side face part 46 sets a height D2 from the bottom plate part 31a of the holder 24 on both sides of the inflator 28 equal to or less than a projection side D1 of the inflator 28 from the bottom plate part 31a of the holder 24. An attaching surface part 47 is formed to be bent toward an opposite occupant side with respect to the shape surface part 45, and extend to be attached to the bracket 39 of a steering member 36.
