Disclosed are headphones and a method of realizing vibrating headphones. The headphones comprise: a low-frequency detection and control circuit and a vibration terminal connected to the low-frequency detection and control circuit. The low-frequency detection and control circuit is used for sending a control signal to the vibration terminal when detecting a low-frequency signal below a designated frequency from a headphone signal, and when receiving the control signal sent by the low-frequency detection and control circuit, the vibration terminal generates vibrations. The headphones provided by the technical solution of the present invention can generate vibrations at a low frequency, thereby improving the sensation of vibration for a person using the headphones to listen to audio or play a game.
