The present invention provides a Peyer's patch activator containing polysaccharides obtained from sugar cane as active components. The polysaccharides mainly comprise α-glucans, and have a peak molecular weight in the range of 720,000-1,080,000. The ratio of glucose, relative to the total constituent saccharides, is equal to or greater than 80%. The ratio of non-reducing terminal glucose is 20-30%, and the ratio of α-1,6-bonded glucose is 15-25%. |
