PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index label, along with an index label sheet, solving a subject that it is hard to remove from a paper or the like. SOLUTION: The index label L includes: display section 1, 2 which make a pair continuously prepared right and left through a bending line 3; and sticking sections 4, 5 which continue into from an edge e of these display sections 1, 2, wherein an adhesive layer n is prepared in a backside of the display sections 1, 2 and the sticking sections 4, 5, and wherein a separation line 6 for separating the sticking section 4 from the display section 1 is prepared between the display section 1 and the sticking section 4.
