PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter which performs cutting leaving a plurality of uncut portions, and which enables a movable blade member to smoothly re-enter a sheet after forming uncut portions and smoothly resumes cutting. SOLUTION: The cutter includes the movable blade member 71 and a fixed blade member 120. The movable blade member 71 has sharpened parts 72-2b and 73-2b sharpened in a Y2 direction in parts facing the entrances 73a and 74a of notched parts 73 and 74.
