The present invention relates to a universal subscriber identity module (USIM) card with a Zigbee module. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to enable a mobile phone to perform short-range communication at low power by mounting a Zigbee module having a very low power consumption on a USIM card. According to the present invention for achieving this purpose, the Zigbee module is mounted on the USIM card. A universal integrated circuit card (UICC) is set as a slave and the Zigbee module is set as a master.
