The present invention relates to an oil heat exchanging device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an installing method thereof and, more particularly, the oil heat exchanging device comprises a body in which multiple creases are formed on a center part and the interior is penetrated so that oil for heat exchange is transferred. The body is formed inside a radiator tank. An inflow part of the body for supplying oil and a discharge part of the body for discharging the oil are protruded to outside through a first installation part and a second installation part. The oil heat exchanging device comprises; a first fixing part for fixing the inflow part of the body on the first installation hole of the tank; a second fixing part for fixing the discharge part of the body on the second installation part of the tank; an inflow pipe which is extended and formed from the inflow part in order to supply the oil to the body and has multiple bending parts on a center predetermined portion. The present invention as above effectively cools the oil by increasing a contact area with cooling water circulating the radiator tank and increasing a heat exchanging rate as the center part of the body has the creases and is helically bent. The present invention solves a defect for conventional connection part corrosion by integrating the inflow pipe in which the oil is inserted with the inflow part of the body and by easily being installed by forming multiple bending parts on a predetermined portion. |
