<p>Provided is a method for synthesizing CHA-type SAPO molecular sieves and a catalyst prepared therefrom. The present preparation method comprises: mixing a silicon source, an aluminum source, a phosphorus source, CHA-type SAPO molecular sieve seed crystals, deionized water and an SDA, forming an initial gel mixture, wherein the SDA is hexamethyleneimine or a mixture of hexamethyleneimine with another organic amine/ammonium; loading the initial gel mixture into a synthesis reactor, hermetically closing said reactor, increasing the temperature to 150-220°C and crystallizing under autogenous pressure for 0.5-72h; when crystallization is complete, separating the solid product by centrifugation, rinsing, and drying, thus obtaining CHA-type SAPO molecular sieves. Said molecular sieves are calcined in air at 400-700°C to obtain the catalyst, and can be used as a gas adsorbent.</p> |
