PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable photoreceptor configured to improve mechanical/electrical durability and to prevent an abnormal image having white stripes or black stripes from being formed due to image density reduction or flaw even after long-time repeated use without adding a large amount of dispersant, and to provide an image forming device including the same.SOLUTION: A layered electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a photosensitive layer formed on a conductive support. The outermost layer of the photoreceptor contains a fluororesin particle irradiated with an electron beam at an exposure dose of 100kGy-10000kGy.
