Device for transporting objects

The device (1) has conveyors (2, 3) sectionally guided parallel and in a horizontal distance to each other over helix- or spiral-like sections. A transfer device (4) i.e. sliding carriage, is moved between the conveyors at a distance by traction drives for transferring objects between the conveyors. The transfer device carries a continuous circumferential conveyor driven by a conveyor drive independent of the conveyors. The conveyor drive is guided on the transfer device. The transfer device has a support device with a cam roller supported on a bearing surface.
