Disclosed is a touch-control liquid crystal display device, comprising a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite one another, and a liquid crystal layer provided between said first and second substrates; the first substrate comprises a touch layer provided on the side of the first substrate that faces towards the liquid crystal layer, an insulative layer provided on the surface of the touch layer and covering said touch layer; and a pixel array structure provided on the side of the insulative layer that faces away from the touch layer. In the touch-control liquid crystal display device provided by the present invention, the touch layer is provided between the pixel array structure and the first substrate, so that during manufacture, only the addition to a process for manufacturing a non-touch liquid crystal display device of a film-forming and photo-etching process for the touch layer, and a process for depositing the insulative layer are required. The touch-control liquid crystal display device provided by the present invention can thus be manufactured with relatively simple technology.
