The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method of the same which comprises: a substrate; an active layer formed on the substrate; a first insulating film disposed on the substrate to cover the active layer; a transistor which contains a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically connected with the active layer and a gate electrode present in a position corresponding to the active layer while interposing the first insulating film in between; a first electrode layer which is electrically connected any one of the source electrode and the drain electrode of the transistor, and is disposed on the substrate; a second electrode layer formed on the first electrode layer; an organic light emitting layer interposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and a light reflecting portion covering a part of the upper surface and a side of the first electrode layer.
