摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray that holds as many capture probes as possible in one through hole while keeping reactivity, and to provide a method for manufacturing the microarray at low cost, in which a heating process is omitted.SOLUTION: A microarray has a plurality of through holes each of which holds biological related substances by forming therein, a structure in which a biological related substance is bonded to a compound including succinimide group via a succinimide group. The microarray is manufactured by including the steps of: forming a bundle of hollow tubular bodies; introducing a solution containing the compounds having the succinimide group and the biological related substances at a mixing ratio of 1:2 to 2:1 into a hollow part of each hollow tubular body; holding the biological related substances in the hollow part of the hollow tubular body via the compounds having succinimide group by standing the solution-introduced bundle for more than three hours at 40°C or less; and cutting the bundle in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the hollow tubular body.
