PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral information search device capable of efficiently preforming peripheral information search at a high speed satisfying user's need.SOLUTION: A peripheral information search device 10 includes: a specific point contribution information storage that stores a piece of specific point contribution information; a specific point information storage that stores a piece of specific point information including a piece of positional information on each specific point; a section information storage that stores a piece of section information including a piece of search region information for identifying a search region according to a feature of each section; calculation means that calculates the search region information; setting means that sets the search region information to the section information; identifying means that identifies a section to which a user terminal belongs based on the positional information of the user terminal; extraction means that extracts the search region information from the section information storage based on the section; search region calculation means that calculates the search region based on the positional information and the search region information of the user terminal; and search means that searches the specific point information based on the search region and searches the specific point contribution information based on the specific point information.
