PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion pressure sensor that can enhance sensitivity of a diaphragm to pressure received, prevent bouncing and wear of a contacting part between the diaphragm and a pressure transmitting member and obtain highly accurate and reliable pressure signals.SOLUTION: A combustion pressure sensor comprises: a hollow cylinder-shaped housing; a diaphragm arranged at a pressure receiving side tip of the hollow cylinder-shaped housing; a pressure transmitting member that transmits pressure of the diaphragm in an axial direction within the housing; a piezoelectric element that is in contact with a rear end of the pressure transmitting member; a supporting member that supports a rear end of the piezoelectric element; and a pressuring member of which one end is fixed to the pressure transmitting member and the other is fixed to the supporting member, a part between the two fixed parts being formed of a cylinder-shaped part and the diaphragm and the pressure transmitting member being configured integrally. This configuration serves to enhance sensitivity of the diaphragm to pressure received, and to prevent bouncing and wear of the contacting part between the diaphragm and the pressure transmitting member. |
