This separation membrane is provided with: a separation function layer which comprises a polymer as the matrix and an amine compound represented by formula [I] and/or [II]; and hydrophobic layers which are laminated respectively on both surfaces of the separation function layer. The separation function layer contains a crack inhibitor. In formula [I], A1 is a divalent organic residue having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 0 or 1, while in formula [II], A2 is a divalent organic residue having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 0 or 1.
