PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium polymer secondary battery requiring no heat treatment curing and a method for manufacturing the lithium polymer secondary battery.SOLUTION: There are provided: a lithium polymer secondary battery which includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an ion conductive polymer electrolyte layer while the ion conductive polymer electrolyte layer comprises an ion conductive polymer electrolyte composition cured by irradiation with X-rays; and a method for manufacturing the lithium polymer secondary battery.
