An electric machine with constant magnets comprises a ring stator, in slots of which a winding is positioned, a rotor performed as a ferrous disk; on the disk surface magnets are installed, between which non-magnetic insertions are mounted and which are covered by a non-magnet band. The band is performed as a cup with two concentric uneven walls, between which magnets are installed; the magnets are coupled by a bottom directed towards the stator. The smaller wall is located inside the cup; height thereof is equal to the height of magnet. The band wall of bigger height encircles disks and magnets at one time; the disk and cup are connected by a fixing element trough the inner wall. |
