PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal element capable of adjusting a crystal characteristic.SOLUTION: A crystal element comprises: a crystal raw plate 121; a pair of exciting electrodes 122 provided on an upper face and a lower face of the crystal raw plate 121; and connecting electrodes 123 connected to the pair of exciting electrodes 122 via extraction electrodes respectively extending from the pair of exciting electrodes 122. The pair of exciting electrodes 122 have the same shape and the same size, and arranged so that the exciting electrode 122 provided on the lower face of the crystal raw plate 121 is displaced in a direction away from the connecting electrode 123 relative to the exciting electrode 122 provided on the upper face of the crystal raw plate 121 from a position at which the pair of exciting electrodes 122 are overlaid on each other in a plane perspective view.
