<p>The present invention relates to a method and device for positioning a substrate and a component for mounting thereon relative to each other. The device comprises a mirror, with a semi transparent plane of the mirror, a substrate holder adapted to hold a surface of the substrate on which the component has to be mounted in a plane at a first angle relative to the plane of the mirror, a component holder adapted to determine an aligning position, wherein the surface of the component to be mounted on the substrate is situated in a plane at a second angle, equal to the first but in opposite direction thereto, relative to the plane of the mirror, wherein the intersecting line of the surface of the component and the surface of the substrate with the plane of the mirror coincide; and a mounting position, wherein the surface of the component to be mounted on the substrate lies on the surface of the substrate on which the component has to be mounted, and aligning means for mutually aligning the component and the substrate.</p> |
