PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for charge/discharge that can sufficiently break an oxide film or the like occurring on a surface of a measuring object by making its tip sharp.SOLUTION: The probe 10 for charge/discharge grasps a measuring object 20 with a plate-like member 11 and checks for charge or discharge. In the probe 10, a grasping section 12 for grasping the measuring object 20 is disposed near the tip of the plate-like member 11. The grasping section 12 includes a plurality of holding holes 13, and sharp pins 14 are inserted into and fixed in the holding holes 13. |
