The present invention relates to a multi-cage type ballast water filtering equipment comprising multiple packaged filtering units in a body where the ballast water enters and leaves and more specifically, to a multi-cage type ballast water filtering equipment comprising: a filter which filters the ballast water flowing in the body; and an auto washing part which back-washes foreign substances attached on the filter. The auto washing part has a discharge part which comprises a discharge pipe as a discharging passage for the removed foreign substances. The discharge pipe is attached inside the body to be able to be attached and detached. Pigments are coated to prevent corrosion inside the body and on the discharge pipe. The discharge pipe is connected to the inside of the body which prevents damage on the pigments; thereby the coating process can be performed easily, and the time and manufacturing costs for the filtering equipment can be reduced.
